What Is Wrong With Me?

In 2003, my speech would slur occasionally, but since then my speech has gradually gotten worse (dysarthria, slurring and simply not able to pronounce certain words even though I know how they are pronounced correctly). I now have other, seemingly unrelated symptoms - 1. My left ear has suffered a sudden hearing loss that is so devastating I cannot hear in that ear which also has tinnitus; 2. I can no longer write in cursive - I have to print everything, and 3. I cannot sleep on either of my sides because I have difficulty breathing (it feels as though my throat is being crushed), so I have to sleep elevated on my back.

I have had numerous tests: MRIs, CAT scans, EMG, etc., and nothing shows up. I have also seen numerous neurologists and ENT doctors - can someone please help me?
