To quickly access health information from your website's browser, download Chronic dehydration I have had chronic dehydration for the past 10 years. I am currently 22 years old. I suffer from extremely dry skin, dry mouth, dry stools, headaches and occasional nausea. I drink excessive amounts of water (although I realise this may contribute to the problem) as I am always thirsty with a very dry mouth. Recently I discovered hydralyte which is a solution for extreme dehydration after vomiting etc. It helps by balancing electrolytes in the body. I take it when the symptoms get too much for me, but am not sure whether it’s safe/healthy to have on a daily basis. But I still wonder why, at my age, would I have these issues in the first place?
