bloody painless hematuria

About 2 weeks ago, I was surprised to see myself passing so much blood in my urine. Prior to this, I didn’t feel any pain whatsoever. The urinalysis indicates bloody urine and I was asked to do a whole stomach ultrasound which indicates all normal including my liver, prostate, gallbladder, pancreas, spleen, kidneys and urinary bladder. Can anyone give a diagnosis of what’s wrong with me?
