Coping With Hematuria

36 years old, about a 2 weeks ago it got to 35 degrees in miami i always play tennis at 6 pm

That night the tennnis pro said he yas going to make us run for the ball to keep warm to make a long story short i am never sick

I get home that evening go to the bathroom and pure blood no urine
me bieng that i cannot even see a needle because i get very nervous

i got on the internet for 11 hours reserhing i found roums all say the same thing go to a doctor your going to die nothing positive only things to make you more nervous and since you dont even want to have a cup of wine consider a red wime you think if it goies in red imagine what will come out.your a ball of nerves

a friend doctor told me that it could of bin the tennis and it should cure by its self

thats fine and dandy but no time frame

four days age i will tell you what i did hopefully this will help

only water and cranbery juice
small amounts that if this does net help you it wont be so shocking in the
restroom

this is the important part

1 go to the bathroom and piss

2 get on your bed grab a pillow
not to tall not to short

3 lay down face up

4 put the pillow under your lower back
but between the kidneys and sure
that your legs are on the bed
you should fll your but like
hanging over the end of the pillow
relax for 5 or more minutes

5 sit on the ground strech forward
with your legs crossed then open
for the same amount of time

6 get a glass of waer and see

7 also dont sit on hard chairs

hope this works you will be releved
and know that your kidney will have time to heal with out bleeding
