No PD Outflow

My wife began Peretonial Dialysis treatment in May 2008 which she does every four hours. In April 2009 she began having some problems whereby there was little drainage. At the medical centre the nurses tried, but a slight bleeding began. It was reccommended that the catheter be replaced and this was done in May 2009. Three weeks have past, It seems that the situation has now worse. Until she had visted the medcal centre there was inflow. Now that the fluid is in, it cannot drain out.Instead in the catheter line there are traces of blood.

Any advise will be appreciated.
