GOD HELP ME QUIT SMOKING!!!

HELLO,
I AM 34 ALMOST 35. I HAVE SMOKED SINCE I WAS 15 YRS OLD. I QUIT A FEW TIMES THE LONGEST WAS 9 MONTHS FOR MY SON WHEN P.G., THEN RIGHT BACK. NOW 2 YEAR’S AGO I FOUND OUT I HAD COPD BECAUSE I KEPT GETTING BRONCITIS AND COUGHING ALOT. SO, THEN MY DAD DIED 5 MOTHS LATER OF SMOKING . HE SMOKED SINCE HE WAS 9 YRS OLDS, AND HE WAS 56 WHEN HE PASSED. THEN BEFORE THAT WHEN I WAS 19 HIS FATHER MY GRANDDAD SMOKED SINCE HE WAS 9 YRS OLD AND DIED AT 78, OF LUNG CANCER

WELL, AFTER ALL THAT WOULDN’T YOU THINK I WOULD HAVE JUST QUIT, NO I DIDN’T. I TRYED ,BUT ALWAYS WENT BACK IN 2 YEAR’S. I HAVE AWEFUL WITHDRAWS, NOW TODAY I COME HOME FROM THE LUNG DR HE TOLD ME AT ALMOST 35, I HAVE HOLES IN MY LUNG’S. I AM GOING OH MY GOODNESS WHAT HAVE I DONE TO MYSELF.

MY STORY IS TO HELP ALL OF YOU, IT DOES NOT MATTER WHAT AGE. LOOK AT THE DIFFERENT IN AGE OF ME 34 ALMOST 35 1 MONTH, MY DAD 56 YRS OLD, AND GRANDDAD 78 YEAR’S OLD.
